Throughout the process our animals are raised, handled and processed by real farmers and ranchers knowledgeable in every aspect of making sure you receive a quality product. The cattle live together with their mothers in a herd on open pastures and we still manage cattle on horseback or on foot, ensuring low-stress handling. We only raise free-range chickens on open pasture roating them like we do our cattle. Grazed pastures remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere more effectively than any land use, including forestland and non-grazed prairie.
Our Harvesting process is humane and takes place in a USDA inspected facility with no cross-contamination using the Temple Grandin method reducing stress and anxiety on every animal prior to slaughter. This process takes more time but is worth it in every aspect of humanely treating our animals.
