We have allocated a select number of our Black Angus to be purchased as a whole or half order harvested specifically for you. We have taken 26 months to raise the healthiest all natural Certified Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished Angus Beef. These Angus are typically reserved for the fines restaurants, resorts and select customers. Now we are making it available to anyone nationwide. These Angus are Grading out as Prime on the USDA meat grading system.
All our Certified Grass-Fed Angus are 100 pasture raised from birth to finish. We have kept and perfected the genetics of our animals for several decades and have a proprietary finishing out process to
ensure the same high quality taste and tenderness profile. You’re not only getting the healthiest beef available but the best tasting as well.
All our animals are harvested using the Temple Grandin process alleviating stress and takes place in a
USDA inspected facility with no cross-contamination.

What to Expect
At the time of Harvest your Angus beef will be perfectly aged for 21 days and cut and packaged in the following cuts. In order to maximize the yield the sizes of some individual cuts may vary in size.

All cattle are minimally processed by our local USDA Certified Processing Facility.
